Scale-ups from around the world should finish signing up to the Brazil Tech Award 2019 before SEPTEMBER, 6TH, 2019
Scale-ups from 7 sectors of innovative businesses will compete for the £ 70 mil award in services for soft landing in the Brazilian market
São Paulo, August 2019. The Brazil Tech Award 2019 will receive the applications until SEPTEMBER, 6TH , 2019 (midnight UK time) of scale-ups in smart cities, HealthTech, Fintech, Entertainment, AGtech, manufacturing and Madtech interested in the £ 70 mil award in services which will aid in the scale-ups's soft landing in the Brazilian market.
The scale-ups must have a revenue or investment of over US$1 million annually to compete.
The Brazil Tech Award 2019 is organised by LatamTech.UK – an English company that works for the expansion of businesses in Latin America – and has the support and is sponsored by 23 Brazilian and international partners. The Brazil Tech Award 2019 offers:
1 year of free office space in WeWork in São Paulo (Brazil's economic and financial capital);
Business Development services by Deloitte;
Digital marketing by Eydos Digital;
Coaching by Sterna and commercial strategies by New Option;
Judicial support services;
Public Relations by GrupoCASA Brazil.
São Paulo was selected as the city for the winner of the Brazil Tech Award 2019 as it is at the very top of the Top Ten Brazilian cities in which disruptive innovation is the most present. It is also the metropolis that generates the largest amount of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the country, with products and services that are equivalent to over US$ 183 billion.
"This is the first edition of the Brazil Tech Award and the goal of the award is to bring innovative companies into our country, companies that can contribute even more to the ripening of our ecosystem," emphasises Sandra Sinicco, co-founder of LatamTech UK.
STAGES OF THE BRAZIL TECH AWARDS
The final six scale-ups will be evaluated by a jury of 10 Brazilian experts on November 4th, starting at 6pm in the auditorium at Fiesp, during the event Acelera Startup.
Before embarking on this journey, the six finalists will receive, for free, mentorship services from an European and Brazilian professionals, who are specialised in preparing global companies to present their pitches.
